Great setup and location
We had an overall wonderful stay at the property. We have very young kids so some of the pool rules were a bit strict, but we understand. The condo itself a great set up as is its location on the island. We would stay again

Wonderful Place
My husband and I stayed at this property for one week. We enjoyed the easy, private access to the beach. The community grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The security and office staff were friendly and professional. The unit was nicely decorated in beach colors, and there were plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchen items. I left some hats behind on accident and the property manager, Melissa, did everything she could to help. Overall, the stay was excellent!

Nice 2nd floor property is good shape. Property manager is excellent and available. Good view of pool and easy access to beach. Pool is nice and fairly big. The only negative for us was even though beach access was close, the beach is so wide, it can be a hike to actually reach the gulf water.

Marco island is great, the south seas towers are nice and quiet, and this 2nd floor condo is great! 2nd floor is nice! The beach is close, tiger tail is great… it’s a great location. The condo comes with excellent beach amenities, umbrellas, chairs, a beach wagon! On the downside… -the listing says hot tub, and there is no hot tub. -It lacked a pizza pan, cookie sheet, dish towels, and extra blankets -the single ply toilet paper was, well… single ply But all in all, it was great! The property mgr was easily reached and helpful!

Family Friendly resort community, great restaurants near by just be aware of the extended walk down the beach to the water's edge. The condo was clean and everything needed for a day at the beach was provided; chairs, cooler, wagon and beach toys!

The room was really clean, except for the dishes. We had to wash all of the bowls before we could eat out of them. They had something hard and crunchy inside everyone. We had to wash the pans before we used them, they were disgusting, caked with grease. The blender looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. It would have been nice to have a baking sheet. The pool is not much fun for kids since they aren't allowed to play. It would be nice to be able to have snacks at the pool. The owners provided plenty of beach chairs, wagon, and boogie board which was much appreciated. The room was very cozy and nice. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

This condo and its location was first rate and everything was as or better than expected . Security provided around the condo was tight but not intrusive. The pool was heated and very well maintained. The beach was close to the condo with about 100 yards and was clean and relatively private. The condo itself was spacious and very user friendly and could be a bit noisy from floors above but surely not the fault of the condo owner. There were a few very nice restaurants in walking distance and can get booked up very quickly. We had very good communication with the owners and will surely be back next year
