Come and enjoy this great house! Just .6 miles to the beach. If you’re looking for the perfect get away for one, two or the whole family this is the home. Walk or bike ride(4 bikes included) to beautiful Vanderbilt beach or Wiggins State Park/ beach. The open concept brings the whole family together. Perfect for family gatherings. Freshly painted, all new furniture, bedding, linens, kitchenware and appliances. There's a quiet lanai over looking a beautiful inground pool. Back yard is completely fenced in. Enjoy endless choices of restaurants, shopping and activities.

Note: Making two payments is available for full month bookings, Jan, Feb and March.

Clean and very convenient to the beach access

The home was very clean and AC was nice and cool. The house had all necessities for pool and beach days. Also has bikes to check out Naples Park. Very close to all Naples Park Beach Access points. Neighborhood is very safe and was able to take nice walks every morning. Pool was very clean and perfect size to cool off from a hot day at the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Just Perfect!

The house was just as advertised. Two Senior couples played cards on the screened in porch, visited the nearby beach, spent time in and around the pool, and enjoyed the delicious food of nearby restaurants. Two weeks went by quickly and good memories were made.

Wow!

Almost hate to share what an awesome experience we had so we can keep the place to ourselves . The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed including towels for the pool.You can’t beat the location, just minutes to the beach. The garage is packed with everything you need to enjoy including sand buckets, bikes and even a beach blanket, sand chairs and umbrellas! After the beach daily, we would come back and swim and grill. Really impressed with this gem, we were so sad our stay came to an end! Hosts were very helpful and kind.

Great house

Had a great time at the Cozy Beach House. Loved the backyard pool complete with beach ball, floats and an air pump. We rode the bikes to the beach and loved the use of the beach equipment. Location is two minutes to groceries and restaurants and five minutes to Mercato.

This beach house is THE perfect place to stay. It’s in a great location, close to the beach. The house is immaculate! It has everything you need, especially for the beach. The pool is gorgeous. These guys have hospitality in the bag. From check in to check out, everything was available that we needed for our short stay. We did not have to worry about anything. We had all necessities. An excellent property centrally located between downtown Naples, and fort meyers beach. Nice clean neighborhood, close to the beach as well. Only thing is the master bedroom has a double bed. A queen or king size would be better but overall this is a great place to stay!
