It is within a short distance of great attractions, including Bird Gardens Of Naples, Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Crew Bird Rookery Swamp Trails, Mother Teresa Museum, and Old Corkscrew Golf Course.

Spend refreshing evenings in your outdoor pool or working on your tan on the poolside loungers. The poolside patio offers a fantastic spot to dine alfresco and host summertime barbecues with the gas grill provided. Gather around the firepit for some storytelling, and don't forget to bring out the marshmallows! The air-conditioned interior boasts a welcoming, beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces. Spread out comfortably on any of the comfy sofas in the living room, and get ready for an entertaining evening, streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. When mealtime comes, the group's chef will have a blast preparing homemade treats and meals for the crew in the well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Coffee enthusiasts will find not one but two coffee makers available for them: drip and Keurig. The luxe primary suite enjoys a smart TV and a beautiful en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and two adult bikes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
