Used this because of flight cancellation. It was further from the airport than we thought. So the room was cheap but paid $40 one way to get there and $35 to go back. So we paid more for the shuttle/taxi than the room. It was fine for a night.

The hotel was fine, it didn’t look like the photos listed but was not a bad place. There was some trash in the bathroom when we first checked in which was not ours.

We liked the fact that despite arriving late in the evening the receptionist tried to find us a parking space for the car. Also the breakfast was simple but good and we appreciated that the croissants were fresh and kept hot all the time. The down side was that we needed urgently an iron as we were going to a wedding the day after. They did not have it and the only way to iron the dress would have be to give it to housekeeping and be charged. An iron should always be available for any inconvenience and not chargeable in a four starts hotel. Also, I tried to plug in the bedroom's fridge but was not working. The night receptionists could have been more helpful but was not. Instead the morning receptionist was very accommodating and ready straight away to help. There were no lights in the corridor resulting difficoult to open the door. The management should look into improving these few things, apart from that we overall had a good stay.

The staff were amazing, and that’s reason enough to stay here if you just need a night or two close to the Naples airport. The issue is that you have to get cabs to go anywhere, and that can be a bit expensive. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast and coffee downstairs was a huge lifesaver and actually some of the best coffee I’ve had. Plus, they had a beautiful dog hanging around who was so sweet and sat with us and let us pet her while we had breakfast.

Pleasant place outside of Naples
We were there for one night to run an errand at the Naples International Airport the following morning. Everyone on the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and seemed larger than the size advertised online. The internet had only 2 bars, but it still worked fairly good. The breakfast was typical for hotel breakfasts--some selections with nothing really outstanding. There were plenty of close dining options for dinner.

Close to airport, good value, not much around area
The room itself was nice. Staff nice, some don't speak English, but there was one that dis that was extremely helpful. Made us coffee at 4:30am before our flight and had a taxi arranged the night before. Local area isn't that great if you don't have a car as its industrial. One pizza/pasta restsurant down the road which opens at 7pm. 10 minute drive to airport which is good for early morning flights

As a single American female, I would not recommend staying here. The reception spoke very little or NO English. I particularly booked this hotel (based on reviews here) because it was "close" to the airport since my flight was 6am the next morning. When I asked the reception (when I checked in at 8pm the night before) to confirm cost of the taxi to airport, he confirmed it was 10 euros. When I actually asked to get a cab ("private" was cheaper than "normal") at 3:45am, the reception said it would be at least 25 to 30 euros. I said that was not what I was told. He said that guy I spoke to when I checked in, spoke NO English and just nodded. Ridiculous. The room itself seemed clean but there was cigarette smell throughout the room - especially in the bedsheets. When I first entered, I noticed the windows were slightly ajar - probably to take away the cigarette smell. The shower drain didn't drain, nor did the sink. The toilet seemed clean. The metal sink faucet was green-ish - probably from all the deposits left over a period of time. For the price I paid, I expected more.

No shuttle as stated on their website. No food at hotel or anywhere nearby. Smelled like smoke. Shower flooded whole room. Wish I had spent more and just stayed at an actual airpoort hotel.

There was nothing wrong with the facility besides the general feeling of bad neighborhood - the facility was secured.

Clean comfortable hotel 8 km from airport.
We were looking for an Overnight stay close to the airport to avoid early morning rush hour driving. Finding the hotel was difficult, the Satnav said we had arrived when outside a light industrial development. Hotel handyman came to find us when I explained in limited Italian where we were.

A dump. The place was awful. Everything closed up.
The only thing available was prostitutes outside the hotel. I could have cried when I got there you definitely need a car. No bus time tables available, couldn't find the train station. You need to purchase a ticket before you get on. Trouble is there's no where to buy one. Further from the airport than expedia states and the taxi drivers are con men. Have to say if it wasn't for the helpfulness of the sri lankarn manager I would have gone home, such a lovely man. He tried to get through to expedia for us and I tried emailing but we got no where. Be warned. I will never use Expedia again, been home a week now and they still haven't contacted me. Warning bells should have rang when I tried to call before we went. Was on hold 45 minutes and had to give up in the end. The town was a dump not the hotel. One night we got lost we had arranged to call the hotel for the driver to collect us, phoned 3 times and the Italian manager hung up on us. I was so scared we were stuck in an awful part just outside Napels, gangs looked like they would mug us.
