A spectacular, massive, state-of-the-art log cabin that's the perfect getaway for summer vacations (beaches, water-sports, cookouts galore), fall gatherings (stunning scenery), & winter ski trips (only 25 minutes to Pleasant Mountain) with friends or family. With a chef's kitchen, two ovens, a large dining area, bedrooms for up to 12 (with two king beds), two living rooms, & tons of outdoor dining & relaxation space, there's no gathering this wonderful, warm, gorgeous home can't accommodate!

THE SPACE:

From a state-of-the-art, fully stocked chef's kitchen to a beautiful, large, completely private backyard, numerous decks, a Weber Grill, fire pit, three-season sunroom, & an amazing playground for your little ones, this home has it all!

Our 2500+ sq. ft. home comfortably sleeps 12 people over three levels, has 2 full and 2 half baths in addition to a queen sleeper sofa that creates a 5th private sleeping area in the basement!

Conveniently located near The Naples Causeway (5 minutes), Nason's Beach (9 minutes), Sebago Lake State Park (15 minutes) Tassel Top Beach (20 minutes) & just 15 minutes to downtown Bridgton!

Portable air-conditioners installed from June-September in the main living space & all of the 1st- and 2nd-floor bedrooms to provide a cool respite after this most recent Maine summer!

Let the kids play in the basement where we have an Air Hockey table, a Pac-Man machine, an 86" TV, and a kid zone filled with toys while the adults cook and enjoy cocktails in the kitchen!

High-speed internet, 3 TVs including an 86” basement TV, a 65” living room TV and a 55” master bedroom TV with YouTube TV provided on all TVs.

In the colder months and throughout the winter enjoy radiant heating in the floors while cozying up to our classic Maine pellet stove (that guests can use). Ski at Shawnee Peak (Formerly Pleasant Mountain) just 25 minutes away or Sunday Mountain (55 minutes away).

We're thrilled to share our slice of paradise with you and have poured our hearts and souls into making it the perfect family-friendly vacation spot! Baby-related items (a highchair, 2 booster seats, 2 pack 'n plays and pack n’ play sheets) are happily provided, but owners are not liable for them.

Guests must use all items at their own risk and agree by booking this property to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur. Guests should research how to properly operate all items before use.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:

Set in the highly sought-after Sebago Cove Estates neighborhood, this log cabin sits on three private, serene acres. Only 5 minutes to Naples Town Beach (12944 Long Lake Cottage Rd) & The Naples Causeway where you can swim, rent boats, kayaks, jetskis, canoes & stand-up paddleboards.

In close-by Bridgton, enjoy an old-fashioned drive-in movie theater, excellent restaurants, hiking, a traditional movie theater and more water-sport opportunities on spectacular Long Lake.

Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak) boasts the best night skiing in all of Maine, and we're within an hour of Sunday River, one of the best ski resorts in New England!

A FEW OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

•We have a large two car garage that guests are welcome to use in addition to a large driveway that can fit another 4+ cars. We ask that guests not park on the street.

•During the winter months both garages may not always be accessible to park in due to the large, often unpredictable snow that our region receives. Our large driveway / a set of stairs leading to our front door will be plowed / shoveled and available for use at all times. Owners are not responsible for any damage, accidents, or injuries related to snow, ice or in general when it comes to renters pulling into or out of our garages.

•During the winter months some of our outdoor decks may not be available for use due to the above mentioned large, often unpredictable snowfall that our area receives. Our three season sunroom and covered outdoor porch (where our propane grill is located) are available for use year round!
