We hadn't stayed here in about 5 years, but were super happy with our return. Although the hotel is looking a little tired, it really was amazing value for money. Very safe and clean, excellent service across the board with staff who were always willing to go above and beyond. Location to shops and dining is very convenient as well. I wouldn't hesitate to return again :)

We liked everything about the hotel and the facilities and the staff.. all could have gotten 5 stars, if not the last very unexpected experience with our “VIP” status which Expedia assigned to us for our frequent use of it. The $50 bucks off every day for using the hotel services which we did with pleasure: restaurants and the bar were amazing. But, please, fellows “VIP” travelers don’t be as naive as we were! Don’t get hooked to this bait! The hotel management devised a smart system to almost annul this perk by making almost invisible. I won’t get into the explanation how they do it, just believe me that the simple fact of removing $50 from your dinner check doesn’t work there!😩
