Liked the pool, the staff and our room. Our room looked and smelled clean, the bathtub on the other hand was not clean so I cleaned it my self and the bathtub water drain stopper didn’t work either, the water just kept going down. The hall way rug on the 8th floor kind of smelled bad .

The check in receptionist Veronica was highly cordial, professional, helpful and friendly. Room service was also excellent and the quality of the towels were of excellent quality. Value for our stay also reasonable. The resort is very popular in that it was packed with people all day and night.

It’s and has been our favorite resort!
We absolutely love the Naples Grande Beach Resort and we have been vacationing here for many years. Always a pleasure to bring family and friends along because it guarantees they will enjoy it and have a good time.
