Overall a good property. VERY HARD TO FIND. IT is on a busy pedestrian street. NO signage and be hind a very large steel door. If a shop keeper did not tell us where it was, we would have never found it. It is on the second and third floor of the building. You have to go outside for stairs or a tiny elevator. It is located a 1/2 block from the Toledo metro station. Good breakfast.. We had a problem with reservation. Tried cancelling one day. The request was made within 24 hours of making the reservation. Niether Expedia or the Hotel would help.

Great well located Hotel for a stay in Naples
Very nice hotel in excellent location - close to metro stop and in vibrant part of town. Excellent breakfast! Large comfy rooms, some with balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff, Note can be noisy at night due to location - bring earplugs if that bothers you.

Excellent location, it took us a while to find it bc the signage is very small on a wall not even facing the street, the entrance was behind a large metal door covered in graffiti we would have never thought the hotel was behind the door, we had to get buzzed in to enter, buzzed in to enter our room floor, lights are kept off and only turn on with movement in the hall very eerie. Beds were hard. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. staff very friendly.

At first it was hard to find behind 2 large doors full of graffiti but once inside the courtyard it had so much charm the hotel was great breakfast was very good unfortunately there was no bar has stated We will return

We stayed here for three nights and we enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean. Super hot water, which was a plus. The only negative was that the beds were super uncomfortable and the pillows extremely flat we also wish there was a telephone in the room, all in all it was a good stay

Great hotel that's located within a building complex. You need to walk through the door on the street into the courtyard, the hotel front desk is located on the 1st floor. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. My mom and I only stayed one night but it was still a great experience. There is breakfast available in the morning, and the location is perfect as it is centrally located in the Toledo district, so there are a lot of shops around the area. The metro is located a block away which makes getting around super convenient.

Great area to stay. In the asking distance of most attractions in Naples. Nice breakfast. Rooms clean with comfortable beds and pillows. AC worked well. Although it was on a loud and busy street, the room was quiet. I would stay again. Outlet fixtures, needed to be repaired but that was minor.

A central hotel allowing access onto the centre of the city. The interior is well air conditioned which was a blessing after the heat and the rooms were excellent!

There needs to be directions on how to enter the hotel prior to arrival! It’s on a super busy street, taxis can not drive down this street, there hard to see doorbell to get into a suspect back alley that you take an elevator to a hotel. It’s very hidden and didn’t feel safe. Naples all around was a poor experience and would not recommend staying overnight just go straight to the ferry port! The food was TERRIBLE at all dining experiences off Main Street.

Excellent position on Via Toledo with plenty of places to eat within a very short walking distance. Was a bit confusing to find the hotel as others have noted but very easy to get to from the main train station via the Metro. Staff were very friendly & helpful & gave us advice on places to visit. Breakfast was an added bonus. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable.

I needed a last minute stay and this was well priced and a good location for us. Front desk arranged an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall great stay!
