The property is very close to the train station. The area isn’t nice, but the room and facilities were a very welcome surprise. Beautiful room, very comfortable and the staff was fantastic.

Perfectly located - arrived at Serendipity within minutes of stepping off the Alibus from the airport to central Naples. Alessandra was a wonderful host. I would stay here again!

Host was extremly helpfull. I got assistance with package shipped to the hotel, check-in accomodared my arrival time and taxi was booked for my early morning departure. Room was spacious and newly renovated. Location is close to train station and subway station. Shared facilities had coffe and tea.

Room was beautiful, modern and clean. On site assistance was great. Close to train and metro station, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Main shopping street close too. Noisy at night but typical for downtown hotel. Air con, frig, wifi, bed all fine.

We stayed 1 night. Picked for proximity to railway station. Excellent old style Italian building with high ceilings and balcony overlooking piazza, which was great for people watching!! Able to leave luggage while we explored. Area around hotel was typical 'Naples' very colourful. We couldn't locate any English speaking channels on TV eg for news. Access to free coffee, tea and wine glasses, plates , cutlery etc meant you could eat a simple breakfast in your room. The host Alessandra was friendly and helpful.

Area was full of transients, unsafe feeling which didn’t matter to me but I had my wife and baby with me. Elevator will not fit large suitcases only carry on. I expressed my disappointment and was told that was clearly stated in my booking. Fair enough that I didn’t rear that but why not show pictures of everything, not just the room. Show the area, the elevator and the building not just the room.

Great little indie b&b.
I had a wonderful stay. The hostess Alessandra was so kind and helpful. She gave me great tips for the city, complete with a map and her suggestions were all spot on. The room was beautiful and had style as well. Clean and had everything you could need for a stay in this awesome city. Don’t be too put off by the activities outside the hotel at night. It is what it is. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Would stay again.

El lugar es increíble y el cuarto súper espacioso, remodelado de manera moderna y minimalista. A pesar de habernos quedado solo una noche el personal fue súper atento y nos dio recomendaciones. Conveniente porque se encuentra a 300 metros de la estación central de Nápoles. Sin embargo como cualquier gran ciudad estas zonas centrales no suelen ser bonitas y alrededor se siente un poco inseguro. Pero el lugar es increíble ya adentro 😉
