Super Northeast Naples location near Ave Maria and 20 minutes from Fort Myers or Naples airports. 5 Bedrooms @ 3200 Sq Ft home with pool-spa and office near beaches, shopping and restaurants . The Groves at Orange Blossom is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families. It has a private pool and jacuzzi spa as well as access to the community pool and spa.
The large Master Bedroom (first floor) has a large private bathroom and huge walk in closet and dressing area. It even has it's own Steam Shower! The bed is a Temperpadic Split King adjustable bed that even massages. Half bath on first floor off kitchen and pool area is very convenient. Beautiful open floorplan connects Great Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen and loft oversees them as well as stunning view of the pool and lake. Upstairs boasts the Loft area which can be the fifth bedroom as well as three more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and office. Tile and wood everywhere in this spacious home. Interior and Exterior have full 1Gig internet, Alexa automation, as well as security cameras for additional safety. Security cameras view front of property and rear of property in pool area .All appliances are nearly new.

Property manager micro managed
the home was spacious for 4 men on a golf trip. Nice pool. We felt the property manager micro managed as we had to message him to turn on the spa and message him to adjust the air conditioning. He did respond promptly. We were required to part our vehicle in the garage overnight. Because of this the security camera over the spa made us feel a little uneasy. We were disappointed that the TV only had Roku. We were hoping to watch March Madness and MLB at night. We are from Canada and thus did not have access to US streaming services such as ESPN. Fox News seemed to be the only live channel. The home was a little further from downtown Naples than we would have liked, however that was our fault for not checking more closely when we reserved/
