We loved this property; it's beautiful. It worked great for our party of 5 (2 Adults & 3 Teens). The kitchen is amazing; all amenities etc. Our trip was cut short due to hurricane Milton and mandatory evacuation. We only stayed half of our planned trip; the owner has been great to work with resolving the unplanned circumstances. Highly recommend this condo and the host. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at your condo. The view was beautiful with great ocean and sunset views. The living room couch was roomy and all the tv's were large with many channels to view. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with the exception that more dishes, silverware and a baking sheet would be greatly appreciated. All the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were designed well.

One of the destinations on my family's bucket list was Marco Island. What a beautiful view of the ocean from the condo. The beach was a lovely white sugar sand that felt great on our feet but there are portions of the beach that have shells so beach footwear is recommended. The unit was updated throughout and very clean. The bedrooms and common areas were sizeable and well appointed. Donna was very responsive and easy to work with. Our family will definetly be returning to the island and re-booking this unit!

Just book it. You won't regret it.
We very much enjoyed our stay. This condo is Beachfront, 3 floors up with a large balcony. It's vey well decorated and not run down so I would definitely call it a luxury condo. Like others said, it looks better in person than even what's on the photos and Donna is accessible the whole time if you need her. Three separate bedrooms each with their own full bath. Large kitchen with all of the pots and pans and utensils you would need. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Washer and Dryer had detergent and dryer sheets. We just packed carry-ons since we were able to do laundry. Then we did Instacart for groceries. The condo itself as a whole is really nice and the storage room mentioned in the description is right by the bridge/walkway to the beach. Very convenient. There are wagons in there, chairs, pool floats/toys, sand toys and bikes. We didn't use the bikes but went to the beach every day. She has a fold up cooler located inside the condo. There is everything you need and more. Just bring the food and drinks. We stayed on the beach and watched the sunset each day, but you can also do this from the condo balcony. It's definitely one of the best VRBO experiences we had because of Donna's thoroughness and also because the condo itself is clean, beautiful and beachfront. It's a good one. You'll love it.

Wow!! Great condo with a wonderful balcony. Perfect set up for 3 families travelling together. Plenty of bath linens and a well stocked kitchen. Two nice pools, great beach access and holy cow the items at our disposal for the beach and pool were numerous and plentiful: chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, life vests, coolers. pool floats, fishing gear, bicycles, nice big beach towels, and 3 wagons to carry everything down to the beach. Not to mention four grills with all the charcoal and utensils needed. Which came in extremely handy as we were there during Hurricane Ian. We lost power, but always had running water...thank goodness!! Our host Donna was accessible and made it very clear she was available to us in the event we needed anything.

Very nice condo. Beautifully maintained property and beach. Views from spacious balcony can’t be beat. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts available for use. Couple of things to note, master bath, left sink, was very slow to drain. Light missing in over stove vent. And if you plan to cook a lot of meals there is only one small frying pan. Other than these small things it was an excellent place to stay and would absolutely rent here again! Can’t beat the location!!!

From the minute I requested to rent the condo, to check in, any questions I had, through check out was seamless. Donna was fabulous with communication. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the view from the porch is as breathtaking. The beach is about a minute walk from the condo and they have the chairs, umbrellas, floats, coolers, wagons you may need. The location is perfect—easy to just about anything. Old Naples is only about 25 minutes away. Can’t say enough great things about our stay. We will be back!!
