The location is perfect for hanging out on 5th Ave, great restaurants, beach etc. The facility is clean, high end, and the staff is willingly very helpful and pleasant. Lisa at the front desk is a gem.

Motion activated light went out while showering so showered in darkness! Marble floors much too slippery in bathroom - very dangerous- no grab bars in shower- definitely need!!! Need rubber backed bath mats.

The property was very nice . The water in the hotel was shut for a day which was inconvenient . We were not aware of this until the day we checked in and they said we could go across the street and take showers if needed . The hotel rooms are expensive and this is not acceptable they would do this to guest and not credit for anything . They had the nerve to charge another 115.00 amenity fee after that inconvenience.

The ambiance of the hotel is both elegant and inviting, blending modern luxury with a relaxing, boutique feel. Our room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, offering every comfort we could ask for. The entire hotel radiates a sense of meticulous care, from the pristine lobby to the immaculate common areas and poolside spaces. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, which made us feel even more relaxed and at ease during our stay. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the wonderful shops and restaurants along Fifth Avenue, yet the hotel itself feels like a peaceful retreat. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool, which offers a serene oasis amidst the vibrant Naples scene. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. The food was exquisite, and the service was impeccable, with the staff going out of their way to ensure we had a memorable birthday dinner.
