Loved that it had a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & 2 burner stove. Loved the kitchen, the whole suite was nice & comfortable.

We did not have power, they had no power for 2 days. Tried to contact expedia but was unsuccessful. While i was waiting they got power so i checked in then around 330 am i woke up and no power . I was on 4th in a pitch black room. I fell off the bed trying to get to my phone and it was dead . I called the operator and they couldn't do anything . I am requesting a refund. Its against code. The elevator was not working . They only had a light down in the main entrance and a small loud generator . No breakfast was served , just dry bagels . I am very disappointed. Requesting a refund please . I will never use expedia, i never get support when its needed
