Wonderful Pool Oasis in a great location 3BR/3BA

Beautiful new construction home in a great location. The home has a 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Spectacular heated pool with a hot tube. The outside patio also features an outdoor kitchen, that brings a lot of family fun. The oversized lot is perfect for family outdoor fun, soccer games and other activities. Beaches are only 15 minutes away, and downtown area is less than 20. A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby the house. House is in a close proximity to highway, so there might be some noise.

In reality; the house was better than "advertised."

My "stay" was for more than a typical one or two week vacation. Never once did I wish for a house better than the one I'm now reviewing.For starters, the posted photos of the house are very accurate. The pool is wonderful. The great room is spacious. The three bedrooms, comprised of a primary king BR, a secondary queen BR and a third BR with two twins beds, should be enough to for any vacationer. And, yes there are 3 bathrooms, including one full bathroom next to the pool. The house is nestled within a residential area of homes on 2.5 and 5 acre lots (although this house is on one acre). The trees are tall, majestic and mature. The neighborhood is serene and private. It's where I walked miles almost every day. To be fair, there is some "noise" from the nearby interstate, but it's really (to me) just an ambient type of sound. I found the owner to be quite responsive and welcoming. If I had a problem, he was just a phone call away or at my (his) door to show me the ways to operate the pool app and the multiple tv's. This house is located in central Naples. It would take me about 20 driving minutes to downtown Naples and about 20 minutes to Mercato. Those times are also true for treks to a N. Naples beach or downtown area beach. Everyone of course has their own "judgement" system of their ideal vacation spots. But, as you may have noticed by my review, I loved my month-long stay in this house. Will I return? God willing, I will.

Great place and even greater host

This place is amazing!! Just as described and seen in pictures. George was an awesome host and readily available any time I had a question. Pool was nice and warm and turned on the hot tub whenever we asked. Thank you so much George and looking forward to returning again!!

Naples

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here in this very clean , modern home with a beautiful pool . Our only complaint is the location . Although private , it does sit directly behind a rte 75 off ramp, so when outside at pool you can hear the traffic. It is tree lined for privacy so you can’t see any traffic. It’s tolerable but just a little annoying to hear when you’re trying to relax at the pool. Otherwise, the house is fully equipped , clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much.
