団体の学生が宿泊しており、子供の寝かしつけているときに、若い人のはしゃぎ声や音が聴こえてきて、怖い、お家に帰ると子供に言われ困りました。 朝のバイキングやスタッフの対応は、親切でとても良かったです。 特に、ウェルカムドリンクのサービスや近隣に飲食店が豊富にあり良かったです。

Staff were kind, good enough choices for breakfast, onsen was comfort, love the outdoor onsen, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants around the hotel by 5 minutes walk. If you want to go shopping, there has a very big Aeon mall, driving distance by car 10 mins

3歳の子連れで伺いましたが施設もとっても綺麗で温泉も素晴らしかったです。朝のバイキングも美味しかったですが、混雑していたので少し狭く感じました。 寒い時期だったので離れの別館までの廊下が外だったのは少し子連れにはキツかったです

今回初めて宿泊させて頂きました。 部屋は普通でしたが、大浴場、露天風呂、朝食バイキング(もつ鍋に嫁は大興奮！)、そしてスタッフの温かい対応にとても満足しています。 ありがとうございました。 駐車場も大変広く(駐車場内で犬の散歩をしている人がいてビックリ)、安心して車で行けました。 欲を言えば、ロビーが手狭なのとコンビニが遠いかな。 でもまた機会があれば宿泊させて頂きますね！

リピしたくなるホテル
とても良いホテルでした！ダブルベットにしたのでお部屋も広く、女湯に入るにはセキュリティ番号が必要なので安心して温泉に入ることもできました！ドトールコーヒーも無料でとても美味しかったです。お部屋ではWOWOWも観れていう事なし、ただ一つテレビの横に鏡があると朝のメイクがしやすいです。
