Beautiful vacation home with terrace, sea, beach and pool views

In typical southern French style built house in a beautifully situated, manageable resort
Corner lot, facing south, large sun terrace with garden and sea views, for max. 5 people (pets are welcome.), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs (with sea view), on the ground floor living area with open kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, rich equipment of kitchenware, satellite TV ASTRA, unlimited WIFI (16 MB), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer etc., patio furniture + fixed grill, swimming pool in the resort, lighted parking lot near the house, ca. 1000m to the fine sandy beach (7km long).
All shops in the village within walking distance (about 1000m). The house has been renovated in 2022 (kitchen and bathroom.

Only ca. 1000m to the sandy, 7km-long sandy beach (free beach area for dogs).

Beautiful, not overcrowded southern French seaside resort.

Pool in the resort: In the holiday complex is located 100m away from the house a swimming pool (water depth 1.60 m, no shallow parts!) with phenomenal views of the sea and the salt lakes (Etang D'Oustalet).
The pool is open daily during the season from June 1 to September 30 and is exclusively for the guests in the residence.
Once the residence is not very large, the pool area is not crowded even in high season.

Pets are welcome here. In the vicinity of the resort you will find for your pet sufficient outlet possibilities and nice walks along the 7km-long sandy beach (mostly free beach zone) and in the nature reserve just behind the cottage.

Eine runde Sache!
Ein wunderbarer kleiner Ort, direkt am Meer. Viele kleine Bistros und Restaurants stehen zur Auswahl- Eisdielen sowieso. Besonders gefiel uns "Le petit Train". Dieser fuhr nach Plan und kostenlos für die Fahrgäste durch den gesamten Ort. Wer eine anderen Strand besuchen möchte, hat es nicht weit und Narbonne, die wunderbare Stadt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Alles in allem- ein gelungener Urlaub. Der zur Anlage gehörende Pool tat sein Übriges zum Wohlfühlen.

Kleines Ferienhaus mit Terrasse
Das Haus war mit Allem eingerichtet was man im Urlaub so braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht zu weit, das Meer und der kilometerlange Sandstrand ein Traum. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. P.S. Hatten ein tolles Feuerwerk zum 14. Juli am Strand gesehen!!!

Sehr laute Strasse und Nachbarn
Ständiges Hundegebell, lautstarke Nachbarn und ein grosses Verkehrsaufkommen, sowie halbstündige johlende Partyzüge bis spät in die Nacht machen die Anwesenheit ungemütlich. Das Haus selbst war nicht sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche wirklich nur minimal ausgestattet. Nicht einmal eine einzige Klopapierrollen war vorhanden und der Sonnenschirm war auch nicht vorhanden. Schade!

Erholsamer Urlaub in Strandnähe
Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist zwar klein, aber enthält alles was man braucht. Als Familie ist es auch nicht schlimm ein Durchgangszimmer zu haben, und die große Außenterrasse ist bei dem Wetter eh der Bereich wo man sich am meisten aufhält. An die "Bimmelbahn" die regelmäßig vorbei fährt haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Der Vor-Ort-Service war auch gut, ein vergessener Gegenstand wurde problemlos nach Hause versandt.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Wir, meine Frau und ich, waren mit unseren 2 Hunden (Golden Retriever und Labrador) Ende April für eine Woche dort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Lage ist super. Man ist in kbapp 15min zu Fuß am Strand, oder direkt hinter der Wohnanlage auf Spazier- und Wanderwegen. Ich kann das Haus um diese Jahreszeit ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Extrêmement déçue !!!!
De nombreux problèmes se sont posés : pas de réseau de téléphone, mon mari attendait un appel professionnel très important , il devait se rendre en ville pour essayer de le capter ! de plus la télévision est en allemand, pour réussir à trouver quelques chaines , il a fallu chercher sur près de 2000 canaux... au final , quelques chaines d'information . Le propriétaire n'a pas répondu à ma demande , la responsable de location m'a dit texto qu'en vacances, pas besoin de regarder la télé ! La maison est située près de la route , très très bruyant ! les 600m de la plage ,, c'est à vol d'oiseau , ou en mode escalade ( descente en r

Sehr schöner Urlaub !
Dies kleine Ferienhaus hat alles, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt ! Sehr funktional und komfortabel eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt ! Leider liegt dies Objekt direkt an der Strasse, die als Umleitung für die Sommermonate den Verkehr von der Promenade fort halten soll - daran gewöhnt man sich aber nach ein paar Tagen und Nachts ist es ja auch dann ruhiger. Wir haben uns bestens erholt !!!

séjour agréable, manque d hygiène( vaisselle salle ) , le linge de lit négligé (oreiller jaune et couette) frigo trop petit, la télé tout les chaines en allemand ( impossible de suivre les infos en France sauf arte ) pour la piscine manque un bassin pour enfant . merci a la personne qui remet les clefs qui nous a très bien accueilli et toujours a l écoute de nos besoin passé un séjour agréable merci a M Jürgen pour nous avoir aide a trouver une deuxième place de parking.

Urlaub in St. Pierre La Mer
Unter Mithilfe eines Nachbarn fanden wir das Ferienhaus. Die Hausnummer war wegen der Höhe der Oleanderbüschen verdeckt. Diese boten eine herrliche, blühende Abgrenzung zur Straße. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts war überdurchschnittlich. Ebenso die zur Verfügung stehenden Geräte. Für deutsch sprechende Mieter erschloss sich die Bedienung der Waschmaschine, des Geschirrspülers und der Mikrowelle nur schwer. Die gesamte Einrichtung war tadellos und mehr als vollständig. Das Sofa wird ausgetauscht werden. Der Hausschlüssel sind viele und etwas unübersichtlich. Auch an die Schließung der beiden Türen muss man sich gewöhnen. Man kann hier auf jeden Fall schöne Ferien verbringen. Im Notfall auch mit 4 Personen, da die Räumlichkeiten beengt sind. Von Freitag bis Sonntag wird die Straße, an die das Haus grenzt, allerdings zur Rennstrecke.

Séjour agréable
Le cadre est agréable, le lieu est calme et idéal pour le repos mais la mer n'est pas à côté et nécessite la prise de voiture. Il faisait un peu froid la nuit, couettes très légères et le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas. La barrière est basse et heureusement que mon chien a du rester avec mon compagnon du fait de l'urgence dans les vignes; ce lieu n'est pas adapté pour un malinois.

Bonne prestation
Logement très bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Peut-être un peu de passage en juillet et août à cause d'une route passante à proximité mais relativement calme en septembre. Attention si vous avez un chien il peut s'échapper assez facilement car les murets ne sont pas très hauts.

Déçu de certaines prestations
Nous avons été surpris lors de la remise des clés de devoir payer le nettoyage final (il n'était noté nul part que c'était obligatoire), en option je comprends mais nous l'obliger je ne trouve pas cela normal. De plus, je me demande si celui ci est réellement fait au départ de chaques vacanciers, car lorsque nous sommes arrivé sur place, les toilettes avaient une odeur nauséabonde d'urine !!! alors, arnaque ??? Je n'ai pas fais de ménage mais je pense que c'était plus propre à notre départ qu'à notre arrivée. Sinon coté logement, c'est vraiment basique, seul point positif, la taille des chambres. Si vous avez un chien, sachez qu'il peut très facilement passer sous le portail qui ne descend pas jusqu'en bas ! c'est dommage car nous ne pouvions pas le laisser dehors sans le guetter ! Niveau équipement, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Pour ce rendre à la plage, il faut avoir de bonnes jambes, c'est loin à pieds. Conclusions, je ne recommande pas cette location

Fantastische tijd gehad. Leuk huisje. Prima tuin. Mooi zwembad. Minpuntje: toilet en badkamer in huiskamer. Boven is er geen gang naar slaapkamers. Door de ene slaapkamer naar de andere.

Très belle location de vacances.. tout est prévu, même l'accueil cadeau du propriétaire!!!
L'emplacement est apprécié, lave linge et lave vaisselle, top!!! Il manque peut être un plus grand frigo.... le frigo installé est de petit format et en été, pas facile d'y mettre tout au frais!!!! Merci pour ces chouettes vacances, pas loin de la mer.... à bientôt
