Stayed at this hotel due to the convenience of being near the narita airport. The room is decent for the price and a free airport shuttle. The shuttle also provides transport to the nearby mall which is nice. I was satisfied with the overall excellent until I ate the breakfast buffet at the restaurant inside the hotel. Most of the food isn’t even average other than the potato wedges and coffee. On top of that the staff working there were extremely rude. I was toasting my bread and this lady with short hair spoke to me in Japanese in a really rude tone. My guess is she was telling me I shouldn’t adjust the temperature of the toaster. There’s many ways to relay a message to a person and if she had used a nicer tone I wouldn’t have a problem with it. If the toaster’s temperature isn’t right then it needs to be adjusted….if not, why even have it there?! To top that off, my sister was rudely told to leave when the buffet wasn’t over. This person pointed to her watch and spoke in Japanese in a rude tone in which my sister assumed she’s telling her to leave. Their buffet ends at 10 am and at this point it was around 9:30 am. If there’s a time limit, customers should be told in advance. There isn’t a need to be aggressive and shoving plates aside with a major attitude. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Tips for the bus ride. Make sure you check with the bus driver where it's going prior to getting in, or you may end up in a different location. The que don't work. Stay close to the middle or back door.

Good place to stay in if you have to catch up NRT flight next morning, shuttle bus is convenient however it was always packed as shuttle service share with other hotel. Shuttle to shopping mall and NRT station is also ava. However service schedule is not that frequent and same problem happens, packed.

After arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay hotel accommodation cost by cash or credit. I told them I ordered on Expedia, I don’t need to pay no the way. But the front desk service told me, it up to you, but you just can stay in the hotel by paying now. I obeyed to pay $140 dollars for one night, but when I ordered on line the total cost was $80 (including taxes)for one night. I was arranged in the fourth floor , the room number I forgot now, but I remember the room is at comer of the floor. When I walked at the corridor , I felt the air quality not good, but I think maybe the room quality will be better, so I went into my room. but the room quality is worse. I saw the room has air quality, so I opened it hoping it will helpful, but actually the air quality still doesn’t change, I think I need to talk to front desk tomorrow. After laying down on the bed, I try to turn off the lights, but the lights can’t turn off. At that time, I just want to sleep, I went to pick off my room card. In the night, I always walk up in the bad environment. In the early morning,I felt my throat very painful, I went to washroom, coughing and saw some dark blood in my phlegm,then I try my best to split off the dark blood in my throat, at that time I almost want to cry. In the morning, I went to asked for changing another room for me, and found the new room air quality are much better (second day staying there just want to know if I was unfairly treated by the hotel staff).

This was the best place to stay at and to start your journey in Tokyo. Plus the bus shuttle are convenient and easy to read. Would come here again.And the breakfast is great. Plus the ATM machine are easy to use. very Friendly staff.
