Loved this hotel. Old world charm and great location. We did not realize that restaurants do not open early for breakfast so I would recommend opting to include breakfast at the hotel.

Very convenient for Narita airport and Narita train station. We love to stay here when we have a flight out of NRT the next day. The rooms at Richmond are larger than a lot of typical Japanese rooms such as APA. Very clean and comfy

2 Nights in Narita
2 nights short stay in Narita, hotel is close to Keisei Narita train station, Lobby is nice, Staffs are friendly and helpful, speaks good English... Room is clean and bed is comfy... Breakfast at the hotel (surcharge) is GOOD... walkable to the old street Narita Omotesando with shops and places to eat and an old temple, but most close at 5pm... Also bus station with direct bus (#6) to the AEON MALL...Can spend the day there... Will Stay Here Again...
