Smells Musty
The room is big and clean but it smells very old and musty. The slippers are worn. No robe and face towels were provided. The walls are not well insulated: we could hear people talk in the next room and the footsteps on the room above us. The check in process is in chaos. We were not told where the rooms are so we went to a different building only to find out that it is the worng one. The breakfast is good.

This Inn is a Win!
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Shuttle bus was handy as they had no restaurant at the Inn but just got on shuttle bus to Narita, had yummy gfood and browsed the shops.The room was just as described with really comfy, firm beds. We slept well after a long flight & breakfast was delicious🙂 Thank you
