This property has active CCTV cameras on the exterior of the property. It records audio and video and is a part of your agreement that you consent to this. This includes the pool area for legal and security purposes, the same as any public pool or beach in Australia. There are no cameras inside the property. Security footage can only be accessed by one person and is not used or downloaded unless required for legal reasons. We also utilise Minut devices to measure sound levels, cigarette smoke and things like parties. Guests may not interfere or attempt to adapt, circumvent or avoid the devices. Any damage caused to these devices will cause the agreement to be null and void and cancellation of the booking will apply, and any repair or replacement costs will be sought from the person booking.
