WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BED, HELPFUL STAFF, AND GOOD BREAKFAST. THE LADY THAT WAS TAKING CARE OF BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. WE APPRECIATE. I. DID NOT PUT HER NAME FOR PRICACY.

This place looks like an old apartment complex that has been turned into a hotel. The parking is terrible, no elevator made it hell getting our stuff to our rooms. The carpet felt nasty. To many levels to navigate. The colors used are dark and depressing. Which also could have been used to cover up the lack of cleaning. The fan in the room was loud as heck. The seating in the breakfast are was very limited. When I checked out the lobby was so hot (literally was 80 degree) it made me sick to my stomach. When I spoke to the clerk he said he didn't know where the key was to fix it. I will never stay at the place again.

Overall the hotel was quiet, breakfast was good and front desk person was kind. Few things we were disappointed about 1. No seating in the rooms beside the desk chair. 2 NO elevator-this needs to be much more noticeable in the description. 3. Never saw a single cleaning person. Very cute hotel that needs q few changes.

Everything was great… the room was clean as can be, the breakfast was perfect, the hotel looks very modern, plenty of parking, everything was great about it! Besides the noisy guests stomping or slamming doors late in the evening… everything else was great 5 stars for sure!!!

Nothing to fault with the stay - good prices and good experience overall, with lots to praise. Room condition very well maintained, cleanliness very good, toilet very clean. I just wish that there were more variety to the breakfast offered and also some sort of ventilation in the gym - running for half an hour on the treadmill with no windows/air conditioning meant I was drenched at the end. Those aside it’s really nice that the room has a microwave and a fridge/freezer, a huge couch, ample storage space in drawers, a wardrobe, etc. thanks for the great experience with the stay! You guys are underrated
