Great property! I loved that there was no air freshener spray on a timer so the motel had no smell rather than a heavy smell. Dining room hostess & reception staff were super helpful, kind, and genuinely made me feel so welcome.

Staff was variable. One helpful but most were indifferent. I asked for a new iron, as ours did not get hot enough, but was pretty much ignored. Breakfast mostly what you might see in an assisted living facility. To be fair, average guest age was likely 65. (But 65 is the new 50.) Room was comfortable.

Staff was great - the rooms are getting a little long in the tooth - especially the bathroom. The pillows were just plain weird and need an update. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay. Not sure why I was charged a different amount on different days. Seems to me that once I make my reservation at the listed price - that should be my price for each day of my stay.

The Best Western Suites Near Opryland was a nice place to stay and close to a few walkable restaurants. It's walkable to Opry Mills Mall and Grand Ole Opry, but a vehicle makes it a lot easier. Our hotel room was in good shape and comfy, but a few little things could be replaced/fixed as things wear out. Not deal breakers by any means. Breakfast was simple and good. Would recommend to others.
