We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Opryland. Everyone was nice and courteous. The hotel was clean and we loved how they wrapped the towels and the toilet paper end design. The breakfasts were so hot, filling, and a wide variety. The $10 roundtrip downtown shuttle was cheap, and convenient.

Roaches in barhroom so nad had to keep lights on. Water pressure in the shower was great and the washer and dryer were great just expensive i think.

Had to keep especially bathroom lights on to keep out roaches they were bad in there. Shower water pressure was awesome. Love having water pressure. Didnt like couch beds bolted closed i felt it was in poor taste.

The hotel was great, rooms were perfect and huge. The real highlight though is Renee the breakfast hostess. She was a ray of light and shined so brightly on everyone enjoying breakfast! She was helpful, and not just with breakfast, but suggesting things to do, using the hotel shuttle and more. Give that woman a raise...or a bonus..or both!

The pillows were too small they were just small square pillows. Only 3 on a bed. There were 4 of us in the room. There was a blueberey left in the sink at microwave when we got there. Everything else was perfect

Welcoming at a great price.
Employees were friendly and welcoming. Renee, the breakfast attendant did the best job of any hotel breakfast I have ever seen. She was always busy doing something but not too busy to be helpful. Friendly and smiling like she loved her job. :) She was right on it when someone left a table, to get it cleaned for the next guest. Hot food was hot, hot water was not boiling (or hot enough to make a good cup of tea). Food was never in short supply. Room - bed was squishy so a bit difficult to move around, pillows too small and thin and the lighting in the bathroom was TERRIBLE. No Fan in the bathroom was very unpleasant. Great location and helpful to have the Downtown shuttle access. Airport shuttle would be nice to have. Great hotel room rates. Easy to book on Hotels.com

It definitely does not look anything like the advertised photos on Hotels.com. Extremely shabby and run down. It did not have that clean fresh feeling. Super cramped. It's the kind of place where you really don't want to touch anything.
