My Solo Staycation
The renovations were really nice and the young lady who checked me in was very pleasant. However I stayed on the 2nd floor (205) and I could hear the people above me walking around clear as day. It took awhile for the water to get hot in the bathroom sink and shower, but they eventually both got hot. I will stay there again, I will just ask to be put on the highest floor available .

The room and bathroom were very clean. We would appreciate a freezer in the room fridge as we need to freeze ice packs for traveling the next day with medication. The front desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly. It made us feel welcome. I always wish when you have a king bed there would be king pillows not a number of small squishy pillows. We usually stay there on our way to FL and the way back when we travel.

There was no hot water and the doors to the bathroom and shower were not level. Both continuously rolled open because of the slope.

The property was under construction. The room was clean however it was very bare in the lobby. The front desk staff when I checked in was good but the overnight and early morning girl that was manning the desk was extremely unfriendly and had zero customer service skills.
