Great Location! Very kind and friendly staff! The room was clean and spacious. The hotel had a fun atmosphere including a pool, an indoor/outdoor bar and a lounge with live tunes! Would stay again!

All the hotels I’ve ever stayed at this one stood out the most, and I’ll tell you why: It’s central location very walkable at the centre of everything. It feel very safe to walk everywhere, their staff at the entrance at all times greeting you as you come in and as you leave, the rooms are very spacious very clean. The service is above and beyond the stuff addressed my every concern and went above and beyond I love that there is a pool on site, and the food at the bar is very reasonably priced with large proportions and taste amazing. Probably better than some of the restaurants that I purposely went to visit while here in Nashville when I come back to Nashville, I hundred percent will stay with this hotel again. I can rave about this hotel all day.

Staff were excellent and super friendly
The stay was for business/ family trip. Recycle bins for cans and bottles in room would make it more eco friendly. Being with the family a microwave in the room would have made it easier. The staff were amazing!! They really made our stay!!!

Great friend trip
Great location, fun atmosphere, rooms are set up really well and inviting! All staff we interacted with were friendly and fun. On site restaurant is a great spot to pre or post hang after Broadway!

Quiet rooms-- super accommodating staff- good restaurant/bar on ground floor with cheapish breakfast.Good bar as well on the fifth floor. 10 minute walk to Bridgestone Arena , 5 minute walk to Broadway and 15 minute walk to lower Broadway, 15 minute walk to the Gulch. Nothing in terms of super fancy but clean ,well done, good value for the money ,decent hotel that we would absolutely stay at again

We had an amazing trip. Our rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved not having to leave to get meals unless we were going to the event we were in town for. All the staff was nice and extremely helpful! The view from our rooms was amazing!

This hotel was in a great location. A short walk To broadway, and many other attractions. Lots of great restaurants nearby. It was quiet and rooms were large. It’s hard to find a convenience store near broadway so it was really helpful that the hotel had snacks, waters, etc for sale at the check in desk.
