This property is awful! It was so hot and humid in the main areas because of the indoor pool (which was closed most of time) and all the airconditionwrs that vent into the .ain area. There were cracks in the ceiling and floors, they were obviously patching but not fixing the structural issues. We asked for room service halfway through our stay and were ignored when I brought it up to the front desk, they were beligerant and rude and just made excuses. With one day left we found 8 towels on the bed and nothing else was touched. Stay as far away as possible from this property.

Only stayed one nice but great amenities indoor and outdoor pool looked very clean and well maintained room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was in the bar adjacent…really good! But security hostess was not friendly.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But, Overall this hotel is a bit dingy and there is very poor lighting in the hallways and stairwells. Our biggest complaint was the pool/hot tub situation. They advertise that they have a “heated pool.” However, the pool water is actually quite cold. The receptionist told me that the “air conditioning” in the room cools the water down. Also, the hot tub was not working. We are from Alaska and were really looking forward to some pool time while on vacation and we chose this hotel BECAUSE of the picture of the pool area. I don’t understand why hotels aren’t considerate of their customers and put it on their website that their pool/hot tub is out of order. Also they should take down their big “heated pool” sign out front because it is NOT warm at all!!! This is false advertising.

The exterior side door to the building does not close or lock making it easy for anyone to enter inside the hotel, the housekeeper busted in my room twice without waiting for me to respond, she just would knock and walk straight in and was rude and argumentative as well as their front desk staff was argumentative but I did appreciate them accommodating my request to be on the first floor and waiving my late checkout fee due to oversleeping but I would never stay here again, no bugs and fairly clean and updated you get what you pay for with this location

The room had a terrible odor of moldy carpet that did not go away in the three nights we were there. Neither the electrical outlets nor the phone charging jacks for the counter space under the tv were working.

This property was good for the price. The outside rooms looked a bit rough but the inside room were not bad. The inside smelled nice and clean. There is a lot of space and opportunity for it to be a very nice hotel. The hotel staff was nice.

Rode people at the kitchen, they watching you while you picking up your food, they will stop you at the kitchen door to insure that you’re not eat twice and ask you about your room number, although there’s a shortage in the food with bad quality.
