This hotel has a nice and clean lobby and the room was pretty clean as well. The parking lot was kind of small and it was hard to find parking at times, but not a huge deal. The main issue was our room door would not lock correctly. I told the front desk about it and they said they would send up someone to fix it, but when we came back that night it had not been fixed. More of a safety issue, but still important to us. Otherwise, this was a good place to stay for a reasonable price.

My daughter and I came for a weekend bonding trip. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helped solve all my issues. I accidentally deactivated my room keys and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when needing to get them reset. We will stay her again.

Short version: Not all bad but enough not to stay again. Exterior of property looks nice but not surrounding area. Staff was nice and accommodating but room could have been cleaner and we only had one small complaint about breakfast (only mentioning because it was on both days). Read on for details. Long version: The entire hallway of our floor wreaked of pot and our assigned room was even stronger. They did graciously change our room and floor without hesitation (bonus points…thank you staff)! Our bathroom was not cleaned well (toilet and bathroom floor both dirty). Our keycards did not work the next day (only a minor inconvenience). The breakfast selection was wonderful but we were disappointed to find that on both days, the breakfast potatoes were not cooked thoroughly; they were hard/rubbery. The exterior of the hotel property itself is nice, but location can be everything and this property was surrounded by sketchy vibes. There’s a gas station to one side of the property and a vape shop, in what appears to be an old rundown Sonic building, to the other side. The hotel entrance is a One Way Only, so you have to exit the hotel property by way of the backside of the vape shop parking lot. Across the street is what appears to be a large dumping yard of construction stone and rocks. Not much else offered in the area. Not sure if area is developing or going down. Just thought this was worth mentioning.

My issues with the property are easily fixable -- more about training and supervision than anything. The garbage was overflowing in the breakfast area as early as 9am and was still overflowing at 11am. The scrambled eggs were soggy, floating in water almost yet the attendant never drained them or changed out the tray, just kept adding more. The coffee in our room was only decaf, and when I asked for regular, I only got more decaf. When we arrived around 8:30pm, there were 3 groups waiting at the front desk and no one showed up for 10 minutes to help. All that said, the front desk staff were very friendly, most of the facility was very clean, and I would probably stay there again because it's so conveniently located.

I know the hospitality business is a tough one. It must be really hard flexing to all of tge unique challenges they must see in a routine day. After traveling with my elderly father who needs handicap supports and amenities, I have experienced first hand how difficult it is for people like my father to get by when traveling. This staff at this location of the Comfort Inn did a good job ensuring we had a room located close to parking and accessible bathroom amenities. They also offered a decent hot breakfast - so, my Dad was comfortable. That means everything to me.

As a retired disabled veteran, I appreciated the staff honored my request for a ground floor room. From check-in to check out the staff was courteous and helpful. The kitchen crew did a good job keeping things organized, refreshed and clean. Availability of parking was a real downer ...... the lots were full/overcrowded. Would have appreciated more than 4 handicaped parking spaces. And the $8 charge for parking lot security should have been included in the price of the room .... I did appreciate that parking lot security was there and active. There were no lamps on the nightstands beside the bed ..... I like to read in bed and would have appreciated NOT having to get out of bed to turn off the lights. Not sure why there were no bedside lamps!! I chose your hotel because of price and location near my relative's home ...... I'll probably stay here again ..... but not sure I'll give strong reviews to others who ask. Respectfully Dan
