TV didnt have access to cable or wifi to access streaming. WiFi was weird. Room was so humid everything felt wet. Bathroom had zero hangers so there wasn’t a place to hang up towels. Only one elevator was working.

This is a brand-new hotel. It is very nice. Their only problem while we were there was, they were having trouble with their internet. The bed was very comfortable!!

The tv’s didn’t work, why pay regular price for a hotel for the amenities not to be functional. There was no offer from staff to reimburse us for the inconvenience. The only excuse given was that this was a new hotel that had kinks to work out.

We booked the room and were charged prior to our 5 PM check in. Upon arrival there was a sign on the front desk that said they were having "network" issues. After driving 9 hours from Charleston we were looking forward to relaxing in our room and watching a movie. The TV got no signal and we couldn't even watch using our phones. I think that this should have been disclosed prior to taking our money. I believe that we should be given a substantial discount. Many other guests felt the same.
