Landed at the airport and looking for a safe and clean sleep for the night. The building is super rundown and one of the doors to a room on the 3rd floor was written in sharpie. The bathroom was so poorly layer out that the door was slamming into the toilet. When we asked at check in about breakfast he told us that it was till 10 on weekdays. We walked into breakfast at 9:05 and they had cleaned everything up but the runny eggs and toast. All the juices were turned off however the very kind lady who was trying to clean up, stopped cleaning to let us grab something. She was the only thing that was a gold star. We asked for a late check out due to such a late arrival and they were “kind” enough to extend from 11 check out to 11:30… seriously?!?! My father used the restroom in the lobby area and it is not ADA built. Honestly save your time and money and go somewhere else, we sure will.

I was so surprised at how big the room was. I thought it was just going to be one room with a king size bed, and a bathroom. We walked into the room and we were standing in a huge living room with the TV and the desk. We went into the next room and saw a huge bedroom with a king size bed and a TV also. The short version is simply this the room is outdated. We put food in the refrigerator and in the morning it was all frozen. It wasn’t vacuumed very well. There is a pill laying on the floor by the bathroom so that means the room is never swept. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows were awesome. The TVs were great and had lots of good shows. There is a round stool that had rips in the cover. The chair at the desk had one of the arms material ripped off. There were a few lights burned out, one for a reading light by the bed . I can put up with all of this since we got such a huge room for $69 plus taxes and fees. Everyone working there were very and very very kind. I would recommend this if you’re not the kind of person that has to have everything, but you can’t beat the size of this room for that prize.

The staff are not helpful. We had a fire alarm in our room chirping for hours, asked for them to replace the battery. We were told to just unplug it. We waited for close to 3 hours and my husband finally took the battery out himself and went to the front desk to get a new once since they couldn't be bothered to do it. Breakfast was gross, no protein offered and we were there for a hockey tournament. The staff was definitely not helpful at all. Checked out a day early because it was not a pleasant experience at all and of course they refused to refund our last night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comfortable bedding, including pillows. The breakfast was the exact same thing all six days. Milk was watered down with ice in the container. The area where the hotel is located has a dangerous entrance on a sharp right angle with a very busy intersection.

Getting back onto the main road, but not the highway, is confusing, but on the whole this is a good property. Cleanliness is good, quiet is better.
