Music City Bowl Bound
We had the time of our lives in Nashville for the bowl game. The house was perfect for 4 couples to spend a long weekend for the game. The house is very clean & located between the Gulch & Vanderbilt/Music Row. The nightlife & shopping in the Gulch is easily walkable. Broadway is a short Uber ride. Had a great stay.

Overall this was a nice stay, with things aligned with what is shared in the listing. cleanliness: Most things clean. Biggest issue were ants in a couple of the bathrooms (and not just a straggler). We did report it and maintenance did come by to help clear a bit up, but of course that's not something you want to be dealing with/thinking about during a vacation. Nice place, lots of room. Great location, if I come back I'll stay here again. Tried to get ahold of property owner via email a few days early to see if we could possibly drop our luggage off early. They didn't respond to me, so thank goodness we had some other friends staying at a hotel.

Our stay consisted of a family of 8 adults for the weekend before Christmas. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A couple of things worth mentioning, there are a lot of stairs- also, the driveway is a little tricky to find the 1st time you drive up (especially in the dark), after that, no problem. There is about a 3” “lip” between the driveway and garage floor. A hard trip & fall didn’t end up in an ER visit, thankfully. Host was easy to communicate with, we would stay here again.

Perfect Location
The property was everything it said it would be. It is close to the Gulch, downtown and Vanderbilt. We rented the property because our daughter was graduating from graduate school in Vanderbilt. The property was clean, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend renting this property. The check in process was easy, and management was quick to respond when I requested an additional night.

Great property! My husband & I along with our kids and their partners (total 8 adults) spent 5 nights here. Great spot, very clean and lots of room. Requested the room with singles to be made into a king for one couple. This was not done on arrival. Contacted playlist properties who rectified the issue a day later and gave a refund. Only suggestions would be to put a fan in that room as it was very hot and add more furniture to the roof patio. Distance to walk downtown is about half hour and a good trek! We definitely got our excercise! Lots to see and do & we all enjoyed our stay. Buy groc before getting to town. Lots of space to make some good meals and enjoy some drinks in this rents!
