Property is in need of care. Smelled of mold...exhaust fan in bathroom had no cover just a hole in wall...stayed there almost 1 year ago to day and conditions had deteriorated horribly.

After being here for 5 days, someone tried to walk in on my daughter while I was work 4 different times. The lady during the day was very rude to me over the phone as well as my daughter. Diego at night tried to help as much as he could. He apologized over and over. Location was convenient.

Nice room except for the lighting from outside
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had trouble with the door dead bolt knob and the room was bright, light even with the curtains closed, the light came through above and at the sides of the curtain.. Otherwise everything was good.

Hotels.com booked 3 rooms for our stay of friends! Booking was great. Two rooms were checked in with ease. 3rd room was checked in but room was locked inside with deadbolt somehow and could not be entered for more than 2 hours. Clerk was engaged in a personal phone conversation upon arrival and left without notice and our room issues could not be reported and other customers were left with no clerk available. Poor service and nobody was there to take care of other reservations. Will not stay there again.
