Friendly, fast check-in. The thermostat in the room didn't work so we notified the front desk. Within minutes the associate knocked on our door and fixed the problem. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Enjoyable for the most part.
Check in was fast and easy. The desk clerk was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had several options and the food was good. Plenty of fast food and restaurants nearby. A small amount of noise could be heard from other rooms, particularly the room above. The fresh cookies at the desk in the evening were a wonderful treat! Only issue was at check out. We needed a receipt, but were told, quite rudely, that since we booked it through a third party (Hotels.com), they would not give us a receipt and we should get it from the third party. We paid at the hotel, so, according to the app, getting from the third party was not an option and we had to get it from the hotel. We were surprised at the such curt behavior over a receipt request.

Was a great halfway stop (outside of Nashville) on our way to South Carolina. Staff were nice, good breakfast, clean & spacious room. Great stay.
