We had a great stay. Even though the indoor pool was closed for renovation, we were able to use the pool at a sister property right around the corner. We had a great time at the hotel.

My Weekend Get Away
I reserved the room for three days during the Thanksgiving weekend because a friend and her daughter were coming to visit and thought the pool would give us something to do in the cold, but when I got there, the pool was closed due to maintenance. We expressed my concerns and were told it was on their website, but it wasn't on Hotels.com, where I booked the room! Wasn't able to get a refund. The hotel was very loud at all hours of the day and night! When I checked it, the lady never asked me for my ID, and I thought that was weird.
