We loved the location! Easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. The furniture in the main lobby was in tough condition! Very worn out with rips and stains on most things. Free breakfast was nice. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were in our car for a long time to park our car. We found out we need to check in first and it was valet parking only and the staff was not there. They should have a sign telling that where the cars make a line.

The complementary breakfast was awesome, A lot of variety. Parking is valet only. Quiet, had no issues with other guests. Close walk to downtown. Restaurants near by. Would definitely revisit.

This property is clean and the building itself is adequate! The upkeep inside the hotel is poor! There are major stuff marks , dirty walls and broken base board in the visitors restrooms in the lobby! The pillows in the rooms are horrible! The pillows have absolutely no support whatsoever! The Valet parking was a nightmare! We didn’t get our welcome text for the valet parking service as we were told we would so we had to go down and request our car and wait 25 min to get our car and we had no option but to do valet as they will not let you park your own car! There is no room in the hotel driveway to maneuver vehicles around so the driveway was always backlogged due to the Valet service ams they didn’t have enough help either! As we were checking out, the lady at the front desk who was checking us out was literally eating food at the front desk with her hands while attempting to check us out! Very unprofessional! The description of this hotel is very misleading and I will not be back!
