We usually always stay at a Hampton Inn while traveling and they have always been nice. This was an exception. Fridge has a constant humming noise. TV has skips in the audio so we could hardly understand. The air conditioning was running but turned off in the middle of the night so it got hot. Randomly came back on in the morning. Weird We had issues with Expedia. When we came in i told the person at the desk i booked through Expedia and she made a face and said oh no! I said please don’t say that what’s wrong? Expedia has the wrong days and since we didn’t show up our room was cancelled as no show. The girl at the desk would not talk in full sentences! I had to ask her what am i supposed to do? She just continued to ask me what kind of room i wanted and booked us again and told me how much we owed. Obviously this is an Expedia problem, MY PROBLEM and Hampton could care less! I filled a claim with Expedia so hopefully i will get my money back! But wouldn’t of Expedia paid Hampton? Not sure how that works. Just not a pleasant trip

We could not use the pool because it closed shortly after we got there. We could not use the laundry facilities because it wouldn’t connect to blue tooth. We asked for help and they said they would send someone for us, but no one ever came. Right after we tried there was a sign saying it was out of service. I am still waiting to get back the money I had to put on the service. Breakfast was generally good, although we had biscuits, but no gravy. The cleaning staff was VERY helpful.

When we arrived there was a news story print out at the front desk about 24 cars being broken into the week prior. This was very unsettling & had me reconsidering staying here. We left NOTHING in our vehicle including lawn chairs. That night, a NPD patrol car was at the entrance checking entering vehicles. The next morning, breakfast was a standard Hampton breakfast, but really was an after thought.
