CIGARETTES IN NEW ROOM AND NO HELP
We arrived at 12am checked in, they knew nothing about the airport (BNA hilton should be somewhat knowledgeable) tried to tell me the security line opened at 5 am. I am a local I fly often enough and our flight was at 5:35 am. He guessed 4 am then (we went through security at 3:50 am). We got our room and as soon as we opened the door we could smell cigarettes so strongly it made our eyes water. We had been traveling for a while but worried we couldn’t get sleep we called the front desk. She told us they were booked and she would have to speak to her manager about moving us and only offered points as reimbursement (I don’t use Hilton enough for points to feel comparable for a 275$ night fee). She stated she could offer no money due to booking through hotels.com. Claimed she’d call back. 25 minutes go by and still no return call. We were wasting time decided to call the front desk and tough it out. 3 hours until we needed to get up we needed some sleep even if coughing and watering eyes. I will not be so keen to pay so much for convenience of being at the airport again. Terrible job as trying to “amend” the problem. No one took ownership, no one offered a solution that fit the issue. Very disappointed and feel such a loss of money.

Excellent for a 6am flight. Did not have to worry about getting to the airport. A bit expensive for what it is, but worth it for the lack of stress.

There was no hot water when taking a shower and when you reserve a King size bed with Expedia be aware you do not always get what you reserve and they charge you full price for what they give you regardless. Overall terrible customer service.
