We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Centrally located at a reasonable rate and we loved the pool. Couldn't recommend more for a fun downtown Nashville weekend!

Kind of disappointing. Staff seemed lost and it took a half a hour to get our car from valet. We could have got a car faster on our own. We stayed two nights and had to ask for more toilet and towels they were not offered. We asked about coffee and they told us to go to Starbucks down the road. Not what I was expecting.

The mattress was broken down and hard they definitely need updated along with the pillows that were wore out and didn't hold their shape anymore. The rooms were nicely decorated and decent size. The bathroom was clean and the walk in shower was nice.

We arrived at the property early and stored our luggage with ease. When we returned, 45 minutes after the hotels stated check in time. We were advised that the room we had selected 24 hours earlier via the Hilton app was not available yet. We politely asked why our room wasn't ready and we're told that housekeeping hadn't gotten to it yet. We were offered a room on a different floor and accepted. What the front desk staff failed to mention was that our room was next to the housekeeping supply room. Every morning of our stay, begining at 7 am we would be disturbed by the door opening and slamming shut. On top of that, when a delivery of supplies would arrive the cart would be slammed against the wall adjoining our room with enough force to move our uead board. This happened every morning. I believe we were given this undesirable room because we dared to question the front desk staff about the status of our room. I have stayed in many Hiltons and the beds at this location were by far the least comfortable. On the up side the hotel is a short walk to Lower Broadway.

Property was ok. Parking fee was $59 a day which was ridiculous. The room was very basic for the money. There was no USB outlets to charge your phone or tablets. Also breakfast was to expensive, should offer a free continental breakfast and if people want more than they can pay for it. Thanks
