check-in is at 4 PM. Don’t try to check in before that. We arrived early in the morning and asked if we could check in a little bit earlier. They put our name on the list and we walked around and went downtown. We came back at 2 PM and they said our room still wasn’t available. We were exhausted and we just sat around the lobby and our room wasn’t ready until AFTER 4 PM. I know they’re not obligated to give us a room before 4, but they weren’t very accommodating. Other than that, the place was nice and clean and the bed was comfy, but the sofa bed was not. Breakfast buffet was just ok.

The hotel is not walking distance to broadway. Too far for me. However, the hotel is walking distance to good restaurants. There is construction on the property that I wish I would have know about prior to booking.

Clean, nice and good location but…
The hotel super clean and easy access. My only complaint is that I had a reservation and the hotel couldn’t find it the day before check-in. I had to pay a higher price for the same room since I had to make a new reservation the day before arrival. Once I arrived to the hotel at check-in hotel employee found the first reservation the first try. I was very upset and asked why they couldn’t find it before, she said they must of input your last name incorrectly. I do have an ethnic last name which is also long but I called the hotel five different times and spelled my last name and first name every time. I just don’t understand how is it that they couldn’t find it and during check-in it was so easy to find it!!!

The hotel was over priced for what you get! $20 breakfast buffet and the food tasted like it was frozen and reheated. The pool area was closed because of some construction. Parking was $45 a day to self park or $50 a day for valet, who required a tip every time they brought to your vehicle! In my opinion this hotel is mediocre with inflated prices!
