My husband and I went here for a get away from the kids. The check in receptionist told us she was "giving us an upgrade" to the presidential suite. We were stuck in a corporate suite, that had no regular bed. They put a double bed in the middle of the room that was not big enough for us, and I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable pull out sofa. Way to ruin our weekend away from the kids.

Room was great, Problem is check out was double charged for room, Paid hotels.com upon checking in provided card for incenditals check out was charged again for room. Hotel staff said Hotels.com provided them the wrong information so I was charged again. Showed them receipt and credit card statement that charges were approved and paid in full. Now disputing with card.

Oh my gosh this place was so nice. I really enjoyed our stay. Broadway is just a few steps away and Bridgestone Arena is Next door. Love that you can see outside your room to the main quarters inside of the hotel. Our truck was too tall to park in lot so we had to valet and that was super expensive but it’s only money I guess. I didn’t have any interaction with staff but my husband was able to check in even though my name was on reservation. My flight into Nashville was delayed and I sent a text to hotel letting them know that and to please let my husband check in without me. When he got there he was able to check in based on screen shots of everything. That was so great! I would stay here every time I visit Nashville. The only icky thing is that there are homeless people around. Not sure how they can be homeless in weather of the teens. Wrap up: great hotel, great staff, excellent location and more than amazing room. Thank you!!
