Good location to be away from lower Broadway noise but still walkable. Charged $55/nt parking after paying a $79 parking fee to Hotels.com. Room had no sitting area but lots of room for one. Water damage in bathroom. Stains on carpet. Ac worked well. Older property needs updating.

We stayed 3 nights, not only did they not service our room but they didn’t even give us fresh towels. We didn’t have the do not disturb sign on and we asked the front desk to have our room serviced 3 times in the 2nd day before it was finally done at 7 pm. I can understand not changing sheets for your guests staying multiple nights etc but emptying trash and replacing towels is expected!

The shower tub was not draining. In response to our request to fix it, the front desk sent three (3!) plumbers, neither of whom could fix the issue. I am glad we only stayed there for two nights--it would have been impossible for us to stay longer without draining shower, paying nearly $400/night! The front desk manager promised a partial refund, but I am yet to receive it.

Enjoyed the hot breakfast and complimentary appies in the evening- staff are all very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to downtown! Definitely recommend staying here.

The noise was really only because of the construction across the street from my room, but there’s really nothing you can do about that there is Construction no matter where you go. Perfect walk right on the Broadway right down the street hit everything
