Staff excellent. Check in quick. Breakfast great with a bunch of options. Walking distance to everything we needed. Only negative was a squeaky air conditioning fan every time it turned off in the room. Overall good experience. Would stay again.

Our room seemed to be older. There were holes in our shades so that would wake us up in the morning. I also had a handicap room and the shower chair had missing feet which was dangerous to shower without slipping. Pool had a bunch of construction over it so there was pieces of construction in it. However, it was convenient to broadway and cheaper than other hotels in the area.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent booking cancellation. Despite notifying your team in advance about a delay in my flight caused by issues with Delta during the CrowdStrike event, my booking was still canceled, and I was penalized the full amount of my stay for $1,500. Your team claimed they did not see my message, which led to the unjust penalty. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that the manager had processed a refund. However, I later received an email from Expedia stating that no refund had been issued. This is highly unprofessional and dishonest, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I request immediate resolution and a full refund of the penalized amount.
