The staff and room were good. However we were very disappointed with the breakfast. They told us the breakfast staff did not show up so no warm food. No eggs, sausage or bacon no biscuits n gravy. One of the reasons we stay at Holiday Inn Express is for the breakfast that is included. They did have 3 people working behind the desk. Seems they should be able to help.

Room and bathroom are clean. Staff personnel were super nice. However, the heater in room was dated and so noisy we could not sleep thru the night.

The weather was pretty chilly. Had a great time in the area. The hotel room bed was very comfortable. Asked room service to come in and take care of the air conditioning problem. It must’ve had problems with it made all kinds of horrible noises when it kicked on and rattled. They left the air conditioner vent lay on the floor. Asked them to put a new one in or replace it or put it back in, never come to the room for three days stay

The check in was fast and easy. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and the food service staff was friendly. The last night of our stay the heater in the room would not turn off. It was midnight and the front desk staff refused to give us another room to sleep in. I had to wake up my sleeping child and pack ALL our bags at midnight to switch from the first floor to the third floor instead of being given a room to sleep in for the night (we were checking out the next morning). On top of that Amanda (the front desk staff) was VERY rude about the entire situation and told me I was only upset because I was not getting my way. I am sure more could have been done since the hotel was at fault for the situation. I was very displeased the way the Amanda handled this situation.

Enjoyed the room. Extremely nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. The coffee machine in the room is broken, wife discovered that trying to make a cup of coffee. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay

The property is in need of renovating. The first room the AC sounded like a train and the temperature would not adjust. The second room was better. The clerk was very understandable and kind. Would not stay at this hotel again.
