Everything was fine but dinging us $40 for parking is ridiculous- you should be ashamed of yourselves for jacking up your parking to NYC rates and not telling customers ahead of time!

We went for a 50th birthday celebration for a friend of ours. We arrived about 20 minutes before check in and they had no problem letting us go ahead and check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The service at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
