The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices to satisfy your needs. Service staff were friendly and kind, too. The difference between a good hotel & a great hotel are the staff. (Front & back of the house) Hyatt House Nashville is a great hotel. Thank you!

Overall, this is a really great hotel and I would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville. It was in walking distance to downtown, it was clean and the breakfast in the morning was a great perk. My only concern was that at some point during the day when I had called for new towels, the housekeeping staff had left my door open, which I only found when I returned hours later, and the management did not offer any kind of apology.

After our first night, we noticed some spots on the bed sheet (that wasnt from us), so we pulled the sheets loose and left them on the bed. As we were leaving for the day we notified the desk clerk we needed our room cleaned. Wehen we got back, they made the bed with the same dirty sheets we pulled off the bed.

The opportunity to drop off our bags before check in so we didn’t have to bring them with us while exploring Nashville before the check in time and also when we checked out they watched our bags instead of going to the airport right away Super Nice feature along with the feature of secured elevators where you needed a room key card to get the elevator to go up to any floor otherwise the elevator would just stay on the main floor great breakfast a short walk to broadway Ave would stay there again nice and quiet. A Special Thanks to the Hyatt House Nashville Downtown / Convention Center we really enjoyed our stay there while we celebrated our anniversary trip to Nashville.
