The property was close to a mall and a lot of eateries. My room was a good size for my family of 5.

Stayed here a couple of years ago. This time the service, cleanliness, breakfast have declined. Property looks a bit run down, minor things are not getting fixed/painted. Breakfast is not as good, oatmeal looks like concrete, orange juice tastes like water, etc. Half the employees seem like you are disturbing their game/phone call, barely a smile. Still a nice place but if they keep this up it won't take long to be below average.

Great visit- disposal not working
Always enjoy our visits to Franklin & Our stay at Hyatt House. We put food in the disposal in our sink & could not find a switch to operate it...or the switch was not working. We told the nice gal at the front desk as we were leaving.

The guy at the front desk and I can't remember his name but he was tall and I think Indian maybe. He was very nice and very helpful. We have stayed at this location several time. We love this hotel.
