The line to check in was really long and when we got to our room “holy purfume”. It did wear off when we ran the ac on high fan all night. The rooms are nice and big with microwave and fridge. The breakfast was handy.

This was a Motel 6 in disguise. Stains everywhere. Filthy and very dusty. Dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. Handprints on doors and walls. Blood on the drapes. So gross.

Listing indicated there was both an airport shuttle and a shuttle service that went within a 3 mile area, there was only an airport shuttle. Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable.

Checking in at 3pm we werre greated by a young gentleman who was kind. He even offered us a upgrade to our room, no charge. We just drove 8 hours and wsnted to place pur bags into the room ans head out as we had a limited amount of time of things to do and accomplish in nashville. We just got to the room, dropped our bags and headed out. We werre out for a long time snd didnt come back until 830. We started to tske showers one by one and noticed the door handle to the bathroom was broken and loose. It didnt want to lock or close all the way. We also noticed there was no toilet paper. I remembered as we csme to drop off our bags to the room house keeping was on the floor still. Not sure if they had a check off list. A little bit agitaged but ok, life haooens. Maybe the house keeping forgot to mention that door handle waa broken ans forgot to stock toilet paper and then we notcied the mold in the top corner of the cieling in the bathroom and looking at the bottom of the bathtub slippery substance. We werre exhausted and i washed the bathtub and cleaned it. I went to csll guest services on the room phone and the phone was dirty, wiped it and in the corner of my eye notcied long black curly hair on the bed sheets. The two men downstairs could csre less. Gave me toilet paper and towles gave me business cards looked like i was just a problem for them and drunk employees are yelling at me. Oh and staff showed these radom drunk people my room number off their laptop. Stay away!
