My only real concern was an outside unlocked door to a stairwell that would allow anyone to access guest floors without a key card. Even though the area is quite safe, there probably should be a key card on those entrances as well

Great hotel
Very welcoming hotel. The lobby bar and breakfast were very nice. Location is central to a lot of activities and food options. Will stay again in a couple of months!

They had trouble getting us checked in because of slow technology, but the staff was so accommodating and tried to get it fixed as soon as possible and even offered us free beverages at the bar or snack shop while we waited. Very cozy, quiet, and chill place especially compared to a lot of hotels in Nashville. Plus it was located so close to all of our favorite spots in Green Hills.

Quite area in a business park area, but walking distance to green hill mall. Full breakfast included with the stay which is a plus! This hotel does allow pets. Overall great stay.
