I stay in hotel rooms around the country about 80 nights/year. This was by far the noisiest ever. Endless traffic noise outside the window. Got NO sleep. Will never return.

The hotel was dirty. The hallways were dirty. The room that we stayed in was dirty and we had to ask for hand soap and washcloths. The hot tub was broke and did not work, and the pool was cold and cloudy. The continental breakfast consisted of waffles. What else cold cereal and coffee.

The room seemed clean but also was very sterile, cold and un inviting. The noise from the hallway kept our dogs, and us up most of the night. The breakfast was ok but not many options.

Disgusting!!!! Pillow cases, towels, and other linens were stained/gross. Shower curtain had mildew. WiFi internet didn’t work until hours after check-in. Stay was for 2 nights but moved to a different hotel after the first night even though paid for 2 nights.

Property under renovation. Rooms were nice, but queen mattresses were actually full service. Towels should be replaced. Parking lot needs repaving, ice machine fixed, spruce up outside. Will be good once all renovations and refurbishments complete.

The staff was nice and attentive. The breakfast was lacking. Some juice would be nice. There is nothing for children to drink except milk that was for the coffee and that ran out early. There was yogurt the first day but none the second day. For the price more options would be expected. Plus, the hot tub did not work. It heated but had not bubbles. It was the reason I booked the hotel, had I known it did not I would have booked a hotel closer to the event I was attending.

The trash was left in the hallway in the trashcan by the vending machine the whole time we stayed it stunk so bad!! The hot tub had film on ot lookednlike someones dead skin in it , the elevator was sketchy at one point i had to have my bf push the button to open and let us out and the the beds was hard as a brick and we found an old used bandaid as if the sheets was never changed after the ppl before us....wouldnt recommend

I love this hotel. Safe, quiet, clean. I’ve stayed at it regularly over many years, several times throughout the year as I show dogs in the Nville area. The recent renovations are very welcome so I can check for issues others may have left behind. Staff is friendly and address concerns. My one suggestion is to not only keep the poop station stocked with bags, but consider adding more along the front grass area. People are about convience.

The only complaints I might have are the internet, which was lousy, and the breakfast, which was skimp and blah! Otherwise, we were very comfortable and the staff was very accomodating and friendly.
