Staff was awesome. Breakfast variety was pretty good. One of the queen beds’ box springs squeaked..could not sleep in it. Thankfully the other queen bed was quiet and comfortable. Window heating and air unit’s noise level took some getting used to.

I didnt like the fact that the lady that was there when I checked out at 8:15 was rude, disrespectful, lazy, and unwilling to property do her job. The to e of voice was beyond disrespectful. I had to take a deep breathe, before i match her energy for energy. I brought 31 bowlers with me, and they all voiced their disapproval

The floor in the bathroom and hall. When I walked out of the shower I pushed the matt so I wouldn't touch the floor.When I was finished the bottom of the matt was dirty. The room was next to the mechanical room. There was a buzzing sound coming through the wall all night. Lucky for us that we were tired.

Only issue was rooms were not available when we arrived which was 3:45 pm...not a big deal but 3 rooms had to wait....staff stepped up and got them ready quickly...breakfast staff was outatanding in getting food out early on the weekend...
