Updating needed
Place needs some work. Not dirty but needs updating. The smell of marijuana was rather strong. I accidentally lit one cigarette by accident out of habit and didn’t get our deposit back. No big deal however they really need to be concerned with the other horrible smell. Didn’t see any bugs. The “breakfast” was a continental breakfast. Was ok for the price. Ya get what ya pay for.

The beds were very nice and clean but the carpet badly needs to be replaced- holes and tears and just generally old and dirty. Lobby was clean and tidy. The tile in the bathroom also needs replacing. No blackout curtains- had to ask for a sheet to hang up bc of lights outside. Hopefully they are in the midst of a renovation. The price was right and convenient to the airport. Was offered another room which was kind but that room was a smoking room.

Whoever I encountered after 4 PM was lazy and shifty. First of all when asking for the deposit, he kept refusing to take my card and told me I need to get cash. I had to tell him multiple times that he would not be getting cash that he would take my card also when I needed to rebook my room for the night, he said that I needed to wait until the next day it does not make sense for me to wait until the following day, when I had funds available to pay and clearly there was no booking, but he just kept telling me to wait until tomorrow so I had to go book a hotel somewhere else. The bathroom I had the shower was broken and the carpet was not clean.

My new hotel of choice for the area!
This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and will definitely be back. Hotel is nice and clean. The lady that was working the desk was the manager and was very friendly! Love the pool and hot tub. Great location if u want to get downtown quick but not be in the middle of all the traffic!

The place was not very clean front desk staff not clean or friendly. The breakfast bar had no food but bread and bagels and the front desk person. Stuck his bear hands in bag of bread to replenish. He came from front desk so no telling were his hands were. Won’t be back
