Great place to stay!
My husband and I stayed here when we were in town for a football game and loved our experience here! The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great being within walking distance to Broadway and was very quiet. The staff was also very friendly and always there if there was anything we needed. Lala was great and we enjoyed chatting with her. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here when traveling to Nashville.

This is like an apt. but with people at the front desk. The room is spacious and well insulated from other residents. We loved being able to fix our own breakfasts, bring home food we couldn’t finish at the restaurant and chill a bottle of wine for after dinner. We also enjoyed chilling out on a couch to watch a little tv before bed. The windows, which are in the living area, are not insulated, so the outside car noise was loud, unfortunately, but this was only a problem when we watched tv. We slept well in the comfortable, although low to the ground bed. The kitchen appliances are full sized and there is a stacked, smaller washer and dryer. You are provided with coffee, tea, sweeteners, olive oil packets and laundry pods. The apartment was clean except for a table that sits below the tv-it was pretty yucky under there. We brought it to the attention of the folks at the desk and it was immediately cleaned and they even left us a bag of snacks! They were very apologetic. A toilet paper and lotion upgrade would be nice! As for the location, we loved being away from loud Broadway (about 1/2 a mile) but within walking distance of other places: State Capitol, Bicentennial Park, Farmer’s Market, Grocery, The Gulch, Germantown to name a few. It should be noted that we are fit and don’t mind walking-it is hilly in Nashville. We Ubered to Vanderbilt and Grand Ole Opry. Except for those couple of things, we absolutely loved our stay at Mint House and would definitely stay again.

Great property. Rooms are super spacious and we loved the kitchen, outdoor patio and soaking tub in the bathroom. Only downsides were that there wasn’t any close restaurants, coffee or grocery. But with a 10 minute walk there was plenty. The furniture and rug in our unit could use replacing soon. Otherwise, nice apartment feel close to the action. The men and women working the lobby were all very nice and welcoming.

After driving 6 hours and just wanting to relax the first room had no hot water, moved us to a second room, second room bed broke when I sat on it due to several missing slates. I have pictures but won’t post, got a nice bruise on the back of my leg from that. It rained and the key pad to unlock the gate to park didn’t work. Their front clerk ran out in the rain to manually let us in. He was a great guy though. Front desk Service was great hotel quality not so much. I didn’t get an email with the codes for entry into the building till the next day, and when my card went through for the deposit it was rejected and instead of re running I received 3 text messages telling me I wouldn’t receive the codes till I paid the deposit, but I had already been in the first room and was in the process to being transferred to the next, when they reinterred the info and it went through. I even explained to them that my phone wasn’t working properly from where I was traveling. So organization skills were also lacking a bit with their notifications and services.

We loved the building and the room. The novelty of the MASSIVE vault door was really fun. Good location, easy walk to everything downtown. Didn’t love that we had to pay for parking in their private lot. Also shared with the hotel that the window coverings weren’t sufficient to block out the considerable street lights and noise. Also, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, but the only bathroom was off the master so the flow was awkward. Overall really liked it, but I think I would try another place next time.
