Pros: Very safe and convenient area of Nashville- close to restaurants. Nice hotel- love that it had 3 bedroom option. The staff was very nice, check-in was easy. Cons: We were on the 6th floor and heard clicking/footsteps almost all night long above us. Also, valet is $50+/night. They park right by the hotel, but it takes a while for them to get the car. We ended up walking over to it and waited on them to bring the key

Motifs staff was extremely warm and welcoming! The room was bigger and better than expected, amazing price, and having coffee available in the morning in the lobby is a wonderful touch. I will say best hotel I’ve stayed at yet! Definitely will be returning in the future

The front desk person was rude. The first room I was placed in shower didn’t work properly and water was all over the hall floor. I was offered another room and allowed to move. Secondly, my room key was deactivated before my 11:00 am checkout time.
