Our suite was spacious and had all the amenities including a washer/dryer in our unit, Full working kitchen and 2 bathrooms for a 2 bedroom suite! Only thing I wish we had was a more complete set of kitchenware, nevertheless it was an enjoyable stay.

Hotel rooms are nice, hotel is in a great location. Asked to have our room cleaned after 3 nights (have to request cleaning for stays less than 4 nights) and it was never done. Outrageous charge for valet parking (which was self parking the last time we stayed here)! Luckily there is free street parking that was not difficult to find.

Wonderful place. They had a shuttle to take to down us to the broadway area. Staff was amazing. The rooms looked brand new. So clean like nobody had ever stay there. Loved everything about this place. In a quiet area. The water pressure in the shower was super nice. I would return just to take a shower there again. The beds wasn't the best i ever slept on but definitely not the worst.And we didnt watch the tv. But the tv's are place in bad spots. They were on the side of the bed instead of in the front if that makes sense. I wouldnt have been able to watch anything because i cant see something that close and at that angle. The little coffee shop thats open in the lobby in the morning made the best coffee i have ever had. Also, in the lobby they had some convenience items for sale and save me one night when i was need in of some Tylenol. I loved that I didnt have to go out of the hotel to search of it in a unfamiliar place. If i get the opportunity to ever return to Nashville we will be staying here for sure.

Overall a good hotel and location but the parking and information about parking was horrible! On the homepage and on the separate email we were informed that the price was $25 dollars per day but on arrival we were told it was $51 per day due to the hotel have sold the parking to a third party company. HORRIBLE. The hotel didn’t check if we needed more coffe, needed cleaning or anything else during our 4 days visit.

Everyone was so helpful. From beginning to end our stay was excellent. (My only concern was that we could not see the tv from our bed). I will find a room with tv in view of bed next time we stay at Motif. We have referred your hotel to other friends who need to go th Vanderbilt and stay overnight. The valet staff was absolutely fantastic. So helpful with everything. Darwin gets a special thank you. He took care of us like we were his grandparents. We so appreciated his kindness and assistance. So hats off to him!!
