It has been completely renovated with a classic Southern cottage style and filled with decor that will make you feel right at home! Located in the heart of Franklin, you are a short walk away from restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Historical Franklin Theater, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, local tours and more! If interested, you can rent both units of the home for a total of four bedrooms!

If the location isn't fabulous enough, let the beautifully styled and immaculate space help you select this property. We spent a friends weekend there, and were impressed with every aspect of our stay! BEST STAY!

We had the most amazing stay! We stayed here for 10 days and eloped. Matt and Kara were very responsive and accommodating to us. They treated us so well and we are so happy we got to enjoy this space. I’d been eyeing it for a while now! They are an amazing team with what they have created. A very beautiful, quaint and clean home in a quiet safe neighborhood that is walkable to town and The Factory. The home had all the amenities we needed. The Roku TV had many stations, however, not any stations that carried the Sunday night and Monday night football games.We loved our stay!

Cute and comfortable, nice location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cute duplex. We were fortunate not to have neighbors during our stay, but appreciated the separate outdoor as well as indoor spaces. The home is within walking distance of both downtown, and The Factory. The fish tacos at Mojo’s Tacos were amazing!

Beautiful Home in Beautiful Franklin

We stayed for a week and could not have found a more cozy accomodation. The decor was charming, the beds super comfortable, and the walk into town a very easy 10 minute stroll. Our parents stayed in the other unit which made our family reunion even that much more delightful.

This home and neighborhood is PERFECT in every way. I'm from Arizona so I wanted to be outside as much as possible and the property is perfect for relaxing and getting your time on a rocking chair. Loved every minute of it.

Charming Cottage

Our stay in Franklin was lovely. The cottage was cozy and relaxing. We enjoyed walking downtown to shop and eat in the many quaint shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We appreciated the cleanliness, decor and warmth of the cottage. Matt was very responsive and helpful to questions. We would definitely return!
