The lady at the front desk that afternoon was a bit curt and somewhat rude as we were waiting to check in. She made no eye contact or any kind of nod that she saw us and was ready to help us. As she finally waved us to come closer she spoke very softly and as if I was ignoring her. Unnecessary and inappropriate.

Decor, amenities such as pool/hot tub and nice workout center and closeness to Broadway were great. The room floors could have been cleaner around the baseboards. Staff was great but the checkin takes too long... the computer system needs updated as it is slow. There could be a free water station for bottle refills instead of waiting in long checkout line to get a plastic bottle of water. Like the airport or the workput center there.
